The founder, Sarah Walters, had been a real estate investor in San Antonio, TX since 2004, purchasing and selling residential properties. As banking lending guide lines and credit requirements for home mortgages became more and more difficult to meet, it became apparent for the need to help home buyers with bad credit with education and a real plan to help them with their credit to meet the new credit score requirements. She began researching the credit industry, and what could be done to help people attain the dream of home ownership.

Sarah Walters has been a dedicated real estate investor in San Antonio, TX since 2004, specializing in the purchase and sale of residential properties. As banking guidelines and credit requirements for home mortgages became increasingly strict, Sarah saw firsthand how many aspiring homeowners were being held back by credit challenges.

In response, she transitioned into the credit repair industry in 2007, driven by a mission to help individuals overcome credit obstacles and achieve homeownership. Through extensive research and a deep understanding of the credit system, Sarah developed practical, results-driven strategies to educate and guide clients toward meeting today’s lending standards and securing their financial future.

Ashley Walters

Head of Marketing

Ashley Walters brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and precision to her role as Head of Marketing at Paramount Credit Services, a position she has proudly held since 2021. With a background that spans both the analytical world of biomedical engineering and the dynamic field of marketing, Ashley offers a distinctive approach to brand development and client engagement.

Before stepping into the marketing world, Ashley spent six years as a biomedical engineer, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, innovation, and data-driven thinking. This foundation gives her a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to build systems that work—skills she now uses to drive growth and visibility for Paramount Credit Services.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is also the creative force behind Key to Gifts, where she handcrafts custom closing gifts that leave a lasting impression. Her ability to blend personal touches with professional polish makes her creations a favorite among real estate agents, lenders and clients alike.

Heather Walters

Lead Processor

Heather Walters is the Lead Processor at Paramount Credit Services, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2023. With a strong background in project management and a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals, Heather brings a unique blend of precision, organization, and client-focused service to her role.

Heather began her professional journey in 2015 as a Project Analyst and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Project Manager by 2020. Her experience managing complex workflows, streamlining systems, and delivering results on time and with excellence made for a seamless transition into the credit services industry.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Project Management.
